Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable, customer service was excellent, Dr Cynthia Ram is caring and wonderful. Service is great in every aspect.
From the moment I walked in until I left I felt I was the only one there. Very friendly staff and they take the time to explain things to you. And fast! I was amazed at the speed that things got done. Like a well oiled machine.
I'm not being too lucky with my dentures, but the person el are super nice. I have this young lady I'm not spelling her name afraid to do it wrong but she is very polite and always so nice and paciente.
I called and the same day. I was given an appt for the same day. They treated me as if I was family. I LOVE MY DENTIST AND HER STAFF.
Drove 2 hours to this dentist because they are the ones that installed my implants and I am having trouble getting them to snap in. All they wanted to do was sell me implants for the bottom teeth. Told me I had an infection and to take an antibiotic which they did not give me a prescription. Wanted me to make another appointment to come back for a cleaning. They are the reason I am terrified of dentists because the implant procedure was extremely painful. Never again.
My visit was very good. Everyone was very attentive. I had a very good experience.
I got my dentures there in 2014 and I broke a tooth out this week. They repaired the denture at no charge . I ask for the location of a Barber shop while they repaired the denture and they directed me to one. Great service and great people.
Everyone was very nice and friendly. It was a pleasant visit. I love this place. I was here back in 2014 and it was the same then. Peaceful atmosphere!
I lost my partial dentures, at work and started to call everyone in town and no one could get me in and when they could it would be two to three weeks to receive, until dds they got me in that day and received my new partial the very next day. Thank yall so much at dds
