purchased a vehicle in June .the dealer gave me a second key that doesn't work.i have made repeated calls to him but he hasn't given me another, also I paid extra for chrome painting ask for a copy and still haven't received it.i think I've got ripped off. I PAID GOOD MONEY, HAD MY BANK SENT DEALER CHECK QUICK AND FAST, WE TALK DAILY 2 OR 3 TIMES, BUT, AS SOON AS DEAL WAS FINALIZED. IT TOOK WEEKS FOR HIM TO RETURN CALLS . ALSO, HE DELIVERED MY CAR WITH GAS TANK EMPTY 12/26/20 STILL NO RESOLUTION

i got conned pretty good by private all star cars. Chip used very suggestive language in order to manipulate me into believing the vehicle i was buying was mechanically sound. I traded in a 2016 Nissan Titan XD Platinum Reserve diesel that i purchased new with the assistance of the Wounded Warriors program. the truck had no issues and on day one my dream car arrived with nothing but trouble. for over 3 months and 2,000 miles i informed Chip of all problems as they were arising and have all our texts and pictures to prove it.... read more
I was worried, buying a classic (old) car without driving and inspecting. Chip was patient, responsive and reassuring. He sent video and pictures of the vehicle and VIN, title, etc. Car was shipped all the way to the West coast and is just as it seemeded in the pictures and description.
