I booked a full set and pedicure and visited this salon a week ago. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. I never received the pedicure I scheduled because the nail technician told me he needed to take a lunch break and asked me to come back later. As a customer with an appointment, I did not expect to have a service canceled for that reason. I’m so glad that Black Americans are boycotting nail establishments that treat them poorly. I spent so much money in this establishment only to be treated so poorly. During my last visit, I had a translator on in my ear. I heard everything Amy said. I’m so glad I left that place. Black American women PLEASE spend your money anywhere but here. They do not like us. The people are nice and the service is great. Nice, clean atmosphere. Highly recommend.
The owner's husband, Stephen, has been doing my natural nails, with pedicures for about 5 mths. Each time, I scheduled for "gel on nails, and toes". Each time, he took the liberty to dip my nails, and of course dipping costs more. After, getting frustrated, that he wasn't doing what I asked, I told him "gel only". He filed my natural nails down so far, that two nails broke, in multiple places the first night! Tried to resolve situation with Ivan, at front. Excuses, excuses! Horrid business practices! Will NEVER go back!!!
