Just moved to the area from California. I am so fussy about my nails and pedicures and am so happy I found this salon! Nails as good as if not better than my ladies in CA.

I liked this Nail Shop. However, today when I went in to get a full set of acrylic nails with Amy, I did not have the best experience. During the process, she nicked the skin around my nails a few times with the drill, which hurt and caused me to obviously jump. Amy did not acknowledge that she caused me pain during the process and blamed me for jumping after I jumped from feeling pain. Afterwards, she proceeded to tell me that she knew what she was doing. The customer service at this salon is a 10 /10, superb really.. and let's talk about the fabulous nail technicians they are awesome. I myself have a favorite nail girl I'm faithful too. She is so nice, AND very good at her job. One last note they offer you free beverages too. 🤩
I decided to try this Nail location for a pedicure only. I have literally passed it for years and not stopped. I chose today to try it. Worse decision ever made. I told the host at the desk I was there for a pedicure and nail replacement (acrylic) on my big toe. He said okay. Sat me down; brought 1 guy to service me. The guy went through with the cuticle cutter. I asked him did he do acrylic. He did not. He stopped the pedicure. They got someone else to complete it. Then said the second guy didn’t do acrylic.
