GREAT customer service! responded by email but no harassing phone calls (which I prefer). Great experience, not the typical dealership sales vibe. No herd of sharks, just one guy. John does great with pricing. Bought a used car from here and so far any requests I've had, he has fulfilled. I would highly recommend.
