We ordered the some of everything package. When we opened the box we found that the pork chops were missing. THAT’s not the real story!!! We contacted Pritzlaff and got an immediate response. Caleb went out of his way to rectify the missing chops, would have delivered them but, since they’re conveniently close to us, met me for an after hours pick up. Great quality, great service. We’ll be back.

The prime rib roast for Mother's Day was outstanding! I deviated from my own recipe and used theirs...mine was good all along, but a combination of their product and easy to follow recipe made for a much better and juicer tasting slice of prime rib!
