Pristine Waters is the worst filtered water service in the industry. I signed up because there was no contract, now that I have canceled my service do to other reasons as they will not deliver anytime outside of your delivery date, no exceptions.The water dispenser broke in less then 6 months, then charged for a new dispenser, once I decided to cancel Jessica says they will not cancel the service until we pay the contract on the new dispenser???
