I hadn't been to the dentist in several years and was very worried about my first appointment. When I arrived I was greeted by a very friendly staff, which eased my anxiety immediately. I was then taken back to receive several x-rays (standard new patient process) and received really good advice from the dental assistant. She explained everything to me in a way that I could understand. Then the dentist came in to review my x-rays with me and to explain to me what he was seeing, which I again really appreciated. Doc Fields was out so I got another dentist to do my 4 cavities. It took 2 hours and he did it without Novocain!He and his assistant Emily did a fabulous job. Gotta admit I was a bit nervous at first since both were new to me but they did a 5-star job!! Thanks!

I thoroughly enjoyed my first experience. The staff was polite, caring and supportive. The bedside manner was outstanding. I really feel they care and I am in great hands.
Both the hygienist and the dentist were timely, professional and did a great job!
