I recently visited Fields Dentistry for a Cone Beam X-Ray. I had to wait while no one seemed to know how to operate the machine, yet I was expected to pay $250.00 out of pocket at the time of service. Finally they managed to X-ray me on this type machine, but no one could give me the results for at least another week. This concerns 2 teeth I had root canals done on and I keep having abscesses, the cone beam x-ray was to determine what is going on in the root section of these teeth? Cleaning Kelly was friendly and gentle. Made the cleaning a pleasant experience. Dr. Masgalas was honest with her evaluation suggesting the best course of action for repairs needed. The secretarial staff was kind and courteous as well.
