Unresponsive. I received an estimate via text on 5/6 from Kenneth. I asked a question via text on 5/12—no response. I tried to schedule via text on 5/29—no response. I both called and texted to schedule on 6/1—no response.
Kenneth does a meticulous and careful job cleaning our gutters. He is so personable, responsive, and goes above and beyond. Would absolutely recommend him.
