Negative 1 star! My sister and I paid upfront back in June- they only take Zelle or cash. Never received our orders. They packed up and moved from their location on Edgewater and no one responded to our text messages (3 different numbers) to pick up our order. We plan to file a police report and formal complaint against this business. These positive reviews are probably fake. Lesson learned do not pay full price for an item until you get the product. Do better!
Bad business they are trying to rip my son and his friend off now I have to go file a claim against them in court which is crazy because now they’re gonna pay out more in damages and my legal fees. *update* they finally delivered and gave my son and his friends their grills and it came out nice so I updated my post to a five star. UPDATE. The owner text me on Thursday saying order would be ready tomorrow. On Friday absolutely nothing! No Phone Call No Text. I wait till Saturday for someone to reach out and still nothing! Why are they making this process so long and unbearable??? By far the WORST experience I’ve had. THIS IS WHAT HAPPENS WHEN YOU TRY TO GIVE SOME BUSINESSES, THE BENEFIT OF THE DOUBT.
