As usual, the staff at Mallard Creek Family Dentistry is amazing. They got us in within an hour of calling for an emergency and referred us to a Dr for later that afternoon. They even made the appointment for us! They are always friendly and professional and take a real interest in my entire family.
Dr. Rogers and team took very good care of me.

I needed to find a new dentist after relocating to Charlotte and this office was recommended to me. They made the transition a pleasant experience (especially considering I hate going to the dentist). They take the time to explain everything, answer any questions, review options and discuss insurance coverage in detail. I will be a long time patient of this office.
I love the staff! They are respectful, kind and enjoy working there! The doctors should be very proud of each and every one of them!
10/5/11 I had a crown and 2 fillings replaced. Being not a fan of the dentist well that's an understatement. The staff is exceptionally welcoming and Dr. Rogers gives a shot that is undetectable. Her assistant Suzette was very gentle as well. I was in the chair for almost 3 hours. Approx 3 hours later all numbness was gone and I did not have one bit of soreness, pain, or swelling. Today I again experienced what has become a regular top-notch occurrence whenever I visit Mallard Creek Family Dentistry: tremendous customer service provided by people who really care about your dental health. Dr. Rogers, Suzette and Jennifer did an excellent job of preparing me to have a permanent crown on one of my teeth at the next visit.
Everyone in the office is always so kind and tells you what is taking place. I am not a fan of going to the dentist, but going to Dr. Rogers office has helped me to put that fear behind me. Thanks Dr. Roger's team!
