Service was great, and fast. I felt very welcome.
This was my first visit to the dentist since I really cannot remember when. Sabrina did an amazing job with my cleaning and she was extremely pleasant and competent. Overall I think this practice is a very good one and I would recommend it. The staff was efficient and friendly and Dr. Gustavson was very thorough and knowledgeable about explaining the why's and what's in her recommendations for what I need to do next. My first visit to Mallard Creed Family Dentistry was yesterday. The office is professional, very clean and well run. I was taken at my appointment time. Sabrina was my Dental Hygienist and she was very friendly and gave me a great cleaning. Dr. Rogers was very easy to talk to and explained my dental issues clearly. The front desk staff was helpful and friendly. It was a very positive experience and exactly what I was looking for in my new Charlotte dental office. I would definitely recommend becoming a patient there.
The only thing that kept me from giving five stars was the wait of 40 minutes.
Dr. Rogers and the staff are skillful, talented, professional and caring. Thanks for always being there!
