The staff is very welcoming and engaged in making the patient feel comfortable. I was amazed what the hygienist remembered about what was happening in my life when it has been several months since my last visit.
Friendly and professional.
Everyone was very friendly and courteous. Kerry, my hygienist, was great about explaining what she was doing and why. Dr. Cherry was very personable and did not talk down to me like some Dr.'s do.
I can't believe I am saying this but I love going to the dentist. Not only are the people at mallard creek experts in the field of dentistry, but they have taken away my life long fear of going to the dentist.
This was My first visit and it was about as good as a dental visit can be, considering. I really like my interaction with Dr. Cherry and her assistant, Stephanie. Both very nice & they explained everything to me clearly.The office staff was very nice & helpful when it came to my insurance & trying to do what would benefit me the most.
Everyone were professional and friendly.
I'm sorry I failed to get the name of the lady who assisted Dr. Rogers during my procedure. She was both very courteous and professional during the entire 3 hours I spent in the chair. When I went to check out, Patti was very helpful in making sure the charges were listed and the payment method was set up properly
