A great experience every time I go in.
The office staff is very friendly and seem to have my health at their interest. For the first time since having my teeth cleaned , my gums were sore when I got home. I will continue to use this office for cleaning.

I picked this dentist office based off the great reviews and most of the work I have to get done; I don't have worry about referrals. The dental hygienist (Angie) was great & you can tell she enjoy her job; very knowledgeable & detailed. The wait to go back wasn't long. And Dr Gustafson was wonderful & also very detailed.
I arrived on time and was called back within a few minutes. The staff was very professional and answered my questions. Scheduling future appointments is easy and flexible. I would recommend their office to a friend.
This is one of the most caring and attentive dental offices I've ever been to. From the ladies at the front desk, to my hygenist, to my dentist, everyone made me feel important and valuable. I saw Dr. Ava Cherry on this visit and she really worked to ensure that I had a positive experience. I've also seen Dr. Rogers in the past and she was just as wonderful and sweet. I hope to stick with them for as long as I live in Charlotte. You cannot go wrong with this group of brilliant women.
I love Mallard Creek Family Dentistry! Dr. Rogers has been my dentist for the past 7 yrs. She is friendly, professional, and takes time to get to know her patients. The dental hygienists and office staff are wonderful as well! I HIGHLY recommend MCFD without reservation!
On time getting me back, VERY friendly, brisk and professional service. My appointment was at 1:30, I was in my car heading away by 2:10pm. Couldn't be better!
Had a great experience wlth Miranda and Dr. Gustafson with having my teeth whitened with Zoom. My teeth look great, and I have no sensitivity. The whole process went smoothly and comfortably, with lots of TLC and explanations from Miranda. Very happy with my newly white teeth, which haven't looked this good in 70 years!!
