Great service from beginning to the end. I could not drop off my area rugs so Brian came to my home and ended up taking my rugs with him and bringing them back to me after they were dry. I will definitely be using this company again on a regular basis.

We had our carpets, area rug and 2 chairs cleaned. I cannot say enough about the level of service we received. Other companies we have used are in and out in an hour and you are left wondering how clean could this carpet really be? Pristine explained their process thoroughly and brought in more equipment than I have ever seen before.
