Professional and efficient, I didn't have heavy stains but I do have two cats and the equipment was top notch and pulled all that residual hair of the carpet and the carpet looks better then brand new! Definitely would recommend if you need your carpet cleaned!

I thought my 8x10-ish area rug was doomed to the dump... I had had it cleaned one time previously by a big name company and they told me it was silk and it cost extra to clean it, but when it came back to me it still had stains and smelled bad and got even dirtier quickly. I showed it to Brian, at Pristine and he told me it wasn't actually silk and it may not be salvageable but he would try. He did it! it looks much brighter and the big dark stains are gone. I am highly recommending this company to all my friends!!
While in full nesting mode (about to welcome a baby to our household), I realized last minute that a couch/rug cleaning was just not something I was capable of doing at 38 weeks pregnant! We have a lab/husky mix dog and despite our best efforts, she puts the ‘fur’ into furniture!
