We bought washer and dryer and washer stopped working after 3 months. We called for warranty and they just simply blocked our phone numbers. DO NOT RECOMMEND! SCAMMERS!!
Absolutely terrible product and service. They will ghost you when your product is still under warranty. Don't waste your time, these people should face legal action for what they do.
I found a washer and dryer listed by Pristine Appliance on craigslist. It wasn't the best deal, but I needed a washer/dryer set and it was a fairly priced and backed with a warranty. The delivery and installation went fine, but the washer did not look right. The tub was hanging very low and loose, and it was noisy on spin. It worked for about a month of light use.
