Prisma continues to live up to their reputation. To bad their reputation is garbage. A simple day procedure and there was almost zero communication. We had no idea what was happening, what was next and what we were waiting on. People were friendly enough, just would rather joke around than communicate.
I would not recommend. Took my 1.5 year old daughter for tubes. They gave her a loopy medicine and then we waited so long for her to be taken back that the medicine had worn off and she was screaming when I left her with the doctors. 20 mins later she was done, and we walked back and she was SCREAMing so loud we could hear it the whole way back. I am post op one week from a total knee replacement. The day surgery staff and post op staff that worked with me were amazing. I wish I remembered their names. Once I got to my room I had a different set of staff. My nurses. Madison Rebecca and Loren did exceptional jobs. The cna’s were very nice. I also wish I remembered their names. I just really want them to be recognized for the great job they did.
