Been going here for two years, the PCP is wonderful. I ran into a issue with check in/check out with insurance. I was told I had to pay out of pocket, when I knew I have active insurance which left me very unhappy with the staff. Front staff should be thoroughly trained, I had to call my insurance company to confirm active insurance then turn around and speak with prisma billing for a visit that was covered.
Dr. Lombardi is absolutely amazing. She truly cares about her patients. The lab tech, I think his name is Brian is also amazing. He is so friendly and very good at his job. I've been doing venipuncture for years and have never been so impressed. I'm also a very hard stick. He examined me thoroughly. He was able to get it on the first try. He is a much welcomed addition to this practice. He is absolutely amazing on all levels.
Dr. Milena Lombardi is by far the best physician I have ever had. On my first visit she was extremely attentive. She listened to all my concerns. She even called me personally to follow up on my meds and procedures she had ordered. She messaged me a couple days later to inform me she hadn't recieved paperwork from the pharmaceutical company about my patient assist forms. When I responded and told her my mammogram results had me concerned she personally called me again to reassure me and get the proper follow tests scheduled.... read more
Dr. LOMBARDI is a great Dr. She made me feel very comfortable. I appreciate how I was treated and listened to. That's a rarity with physicians these days
We have been dumped from this practice without any advance notice! We are in shock, particularly as my wife is terminally ill. My wife and I have used this practice for 25 years and have been seen at one time or another by all of the practice providers, and Dr Alberto Lopez had been our PCP for the last 15 of those years. He retired early October and we were told repeatedly that we would be able to choose from another of the practice providers when he departed.
