I had to go to urgent care, after the visit they said I needed to make an appointment with my primary care doctor, called an made an appointment for 12/18. Had to return to urgent care and they said I needed to see doctor sooner. I called to see if I could get my appointment moved up @ Prisma Health Internal Medicine, after a brief hold they said they had an opening @ 11 today with a different doctor, which I accepted. Then after a long hold they said I was now considered a new patient and they couldn't see me until February... read more
Seems like no matter which doctor I see at this particular phacility they want to get you in and out quickly and they are extremely hard to reach outside of your five minute appointment that you end up paying a lot of money for. After reading others reviews I find comfort I am not alone in how I was treated here. I left in tears today with unanswered questions and feeling like I didn’t matter. It also appears that the other reviews left that weren’t so happy aren’t getting any feedback so that’s a bad sign.Getting a new prim... read more

Horrible I got here at 1: 15 pm the lady says, I have to go online to register and I do. It's 4:00pm and two ladies that came after me got called first and the front desk ladies are not paying attention. I am not coming back the waiting room was not packed only 3 of us !!!! Don't come here !!!
