I recently saw Dr. Keith Nall during an emergency room visit for severe back pain, and his care was outstanding. He was attentive from the moment he walked in, taking the time to explain everything clearly and thoroughly. His calm, confident manner immediately put me at ease, and within minutes of his treatment my pain was completely gone. Dr. Nall is a wonderful, caring physician who truly prioritizes his patients’ well‑being. I’m deeply grateful for the exceptional care he provided.
A huge thank you to all of the nurses, nursing assistants, and respiratory team members on the 2nd floor—especially Doyle—who took such wonderful care of my husband! We also want to thank everyone involved in his surgery and recovery. A special shout-out to Dr. Hodgens and Dr. Scott for helping my husband finally find relief from his GERD, its painful symptoms, and the issues stemming from a surgery and scar tissue over a decade ago. They truly are a dream team of surgeons! We could not have asked for a better outcome.
SIX HOURS of waiting before we could be seen. Confirmed there was only one doctor working that night. If you have a real emergency, go elsewhere!
