To be perfectly honest my experience with prism stained glass was not what you would call a pleasant one. Once they did get around to actually getting the piece that was to be repaired it didn't take them too long to come back to install it. However, upon reinstallation I noticed 2 chips in the glass that weren't there before. When I mentioned this fact to the installer, he immediately notified the person responsible for the repair whereupon she denied responsibility for the 2 chips.One would think that a fledgeling business... read more
