Dr. Moti is good, but the Prism system is definitely not patient-friendly. Getting in touch with someone is a nightmare if the patient has a problem. If you phone in, it says there's a 2-day wait, so try the "faster" online system. When you go there, it says there's a 4-day wait. Either way, no one calls back.
