I just watched this nail tech dump the plastic nail tips out on the road. In front of a lot of people. Disgusted to see them not care enough to put the plastic in the trash instead of on the sidewalk.. honestly what were they thinking
I've been going to this salon for just over a year, and at this point, I don't want to go anywhere else. I adore the sweet, kind people who work here, and they always treat me so well, and they do such quality work.
I don’t live in Portland but whenever I’m in town this is the place I go to. They do a great job and they take great care in doing my nails. I have the dipping nails and I just love how thin and natural they look.

I went to Priscilla Nails for the first time today in 12 years. The new owners are very nice and did a great job. The massage was a great touch. She told me about the new Powder Polish which will be better for my nails.

Very spacious salon With a large screen television and music. Very comfortable chairs for pedicures. Very quiet in the late afternoon best time to go.
I have been crossing town to go to Priscilla nails for the best manicures I've ever had. They are really good with gel dips - which cannot be said for all nail salons - based on my experience. They are a lovely mom and pop shop - and provide reliable, beautiful, service.
