The day before our daughter’s wedding, her wedding dress wasn’t ready. When we finally got in touch with Priscilla, she was argumentative and unapologetic about the situation. We found out the dress wasn’t actually ready and still needed to get pressed. Their excuse? ‘I forgot to put it on my calendar’. We were offered no compensation for the inconvenience, or apologies.
