Priority Heating and Cooling installed a completely new heating and cooling system in my 100 year old two-family home in Detroit, including duct work and a chimney liner. The company's work was organized, professional and its lead project manager, Tyler, was always avaialble for calls/texts. The crew showed up on time on scheduled install days. I highly recommend Priority Heating and Cooling.
Priority replaced our furnace, A/C, and hot water tank. Jay was fantastic at explaining which system would be ideal for our home. The installation was fast and clean. They took the time to ensure the controls were functioning properly, and optimized the system to our needs.
If there were more stars I could give to Priority I would! Tyler answered my call for help to fix my boiler immediately and had everything fixed in no time. He went above and beyond and repaired some other minor stuff so that everything was perfect for me and my family. I highly recommend Priority. They are truly amazing, friendly and honest!
Jay and Brendan did very thorough and excellent work. Explained everything in detail during each phase of project. Cleaned up very well after themselves too! Will definitely use them again!!
