Working with Priority 1 and Jessica has been great. They have made my life so much easier and saved our company a lot of money. Any time a problem arises with a shipment, they do everything they can to help get it corrected. I would highly recommend Priority 1 to any company.

I have been working with Jack Lawrence and Priority1 since August , and it has been nothing short of the best freight broker I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. The customer service and response team is awesome. The platform is easy . Jack and the team took the time to assist me the best way they could. I know that when loads are booked with them everything will be ok. When I have a question about a carrier, its answered and I am educated about the process as well. Great Company.

I had the pleasure of working with Rebecca Paulshock in the Charlotte office, what an excellent experience !! The communication through out the entire process was phenomenal and she answered all of the questions I had (which was a lot LOL). I will only be using priority one from here on and I hope everyone else in Charlotte who does has the pleasure of working with Ms. Paulshock !

Jack Lawrence handles all of my inbound and outbound LTL shipments and his customer service is top notch. He always stays on top of missed pickups and making sure my shipments are delivered in a timely manner

Working with Claire Smith has been great. She is definitely on top of her game. She is very easy to work with, she goes above and beyond to answer any questions I may have and address any concerns I may have. She is constantly reaching out and making sure everything is good.
