I have been working with Priority 1 for a few months now and I have never received the level of service Priority 1 provides in over ten years of working in the freight industry. My sales reps Marin and William are knowledgeable and provide solutions for me and my customers to ensure all of our shipments are taken care of. The rates for LTL and FTL are some of the best rates I have received from any carrier in the past. My only regret is that I did not start using Priority 1 sooner!
Priority One is a great company to do business with. I really like their website interface. Our sales rep Taylor Jones is very knowledgeable on freight and he takes care of any and all problems we may encounter. If you ever deal with freight companies you know there are going to be problems. I would, and have recommended many times.
I have been very pleased with the entire team at Priority 1. My Sales rep Brenden and William has been extremely responsive and helpful. When I was out on vacation, William stepped in my role (my team does not know how to operate the portal yet) without hesitation and started scheduling shipments for my team so we did not miss a beat. Kyle is the man! We have only been using Priority1 for a few months but it has already made shipping 10X easier. I have had nothing but problems with 3rd party logistic companies in the past, but Priority1 has been on their game. Great customer service and competitive rates. Kyle has been extremely helpful and quick to respond to and resolve issues. Their website is modern, easy to use, and features dark-mode which I really like.
