I work at a warehouse in high point and Jack Lawrence popped in one day to help us class our shipments. Since then he checks on us every couple of weeks and is always there when I need a hand. I love working with Jack and Priority1

Customer service is important, but going the extra mile is what really makes a difference, when we were having trouble locating a package Jess B. made sure to go above and beyond to make sure she could figure out where the error happened along the way and I appreciate the 5 star service ! Keep it up!

I’ve dealt with several other brokers in the past and none of them are have been as responsive or attentive as Jack has been. He constantly stops by to check on me and does everything he can to make my life easier. Priority1 is an amazing company!

I’ve used Priority1 for roughly 4 months now and I can say I am more than happy with the rates and service that I get. Jack Lawrence is always able to answer my questions (I’m fairly new to this) and has been very competitive with his rates. I will be using Priority1 for a long time!

Jack Lawrence has been exceptional in the time I’ve done business with Priority1. I’ve been in logistics for a long time and Jack has made me realize how important it is to have a good sales rep. I used to quote out several brokers but after bringing Jack into the equation I realized how important it is to have a broker that will put as much into your business as you do. Priority1 is the broker I never knew I needed
