I suffer from severe OCD and was seeing psychiatrists from McLean and Harvard Medical School. They were actually making me worse. One dr was encouraging me to go on psychotropic drugs and I was only comfortable with SSRI’s. I had tried almost all the SSRI’s and they didn’t really touch the OCD. I went to Dr El Nesr and asked him if I could try the last SSRI I hadn’t tried yet. He prescribed it and it worked. When the medicine worked I was finally able to respond to the psychotherapy. A very professional doctor who listens to your concerns. This is a terrific practice where a patient can trust to be treated with respect while getting the needed support targeted to the individuals needs. He is very supportive and trustworthy. After many years now he's the best doctor I have had. I highly recommend this office.
He is a fantastic doctor. He is so sweet, very caring, and a wonderful listener. He works with your schedule. He is also very educational. He explains medications, interactions, and anything else you want to know. After 7+ years, I look forward to my appointments.
