This property management is weird. They will ask you to submit documents within 24 hours. Then, you complete everything, and they will tell you that you have been approved. But that they gave your unit to another renter. Have a backup plan. The reviews are truthful. This isn't to prevent anyone from renting from this company. It's just to protect those on a time deadline and with families. God bless.
I have lived at the same address since 1990. I love my apartment. By far, the past several years with Priority Property Management have run the smoothest. Any maintenance issues or requests are taken care of in a timely manner. All the employees are friendly and helpful. Here’s to the next 35 years!
