I have rented at the same location for numerous years. Although rent has increased over that amount of time, it has never increased at an unreasonable rate, which is something I have heard happen to many people who have rented at other properties in Harrisonburg. Mike, Bladimir and the rest of the team have been wonderful to work with through what had been a very tricky time and situation for us. Honest, sincere, straight forward, all present and not necessarily expected. Their ability, and desire, to work with us over and over has become a very pleasant memory. This property management is weird. They will ask you to submit documents within 24 hours. Then, you complete everything, and they will tell you that you have been approved. But that they gave your unit to another renter. Have a backup plan. The reviews are truthful. This isn't to prevent anyone from renting from this company. It's just to protect those on a time deadline and with families. God bless.
