I have rented with Priority for almost two years, and have had a great overall experience! I want to personally thank Nelson M. for his hard work on a recent issue. Mike, Bladimir and the rest of the team have been wonderful to work with through what had been a very tricky time and situation for us. Honest, sincere, straight forward, all present and not necessarily expected. Their ability, and desire, to work with us over and over has become a very pleasant memory. My partner and I rented 2 townhouses with them over the course of 3 years. They answered maintenance requests in a timely manner and our representative was easy to reach via email whenever we needed him. The only reason we aren't renting with them again is we moved out of the area
I have rented at the same location for numerous years. Although rent has increased over that amount of time, it has never increased at an unreasonable rate, which is something I have heard happen to many people who have rented at other properties in Harrisonburg.
