We took our dog there 2x in less than a week. Both times we were told he had pancreatitis. We ended up taking him to the ER. He did not have pancreatitis. He had a bowel obstruction and needed emergency surgery. He almost died due to being misdiagnosed
I thought this was walk in appointments. The website says that they are open until 7. I got there at 5 PM and they said they are already booked for the rest of the night. They have no more appointments available and made the determination to not take any more patients after 430 PM. They also said that they close at 6 PM. Anyways, the hours are really 9 AM to 4 PM. So it is very extremely misleading on their website and their door. They should change that and update that.
I took my cat Moe into Priority on a Saturday afternoon. I was treated with kindness and respect, as was my furry friend. You expect a wait at any after hours clinic whether it be for human or animal. These guys did a great job to update me, as they could, while I waited for my turn to see the Veterinarian. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. The very 1st thing this vet did was put blame on me for my dogs condition, then proceeded to ask "what do you want me to do"... if you have ask how to do your job, you shouldnt have the job. She did not seem interested in trying to help him, she was very cold and uncaring toward my pet as well as myself. The two nurses who helped me though were very very sweet and kind.
