Natural Gas Line Install Jeremy, the Sales Manager, provided prompt quotes and turnaround to book gas line install. Provided very reasonable quote in comparison to other quotes I had requested. What distinguished Priority Mechanical from the rest was the thoroughness during the quote process. Furnace Repair People STAY AWAY from this place! It is completely dishonest. I asked them for the estimate to repair my furnace and they told me it will be approximately $300 to replace the controller. The price sounded comparable and competitive with other services. The cost of the part is about $150 tax included, depends on what store you call. And the time that technician spent was 1.5h. Most would agree that hourly rate is about $100, give or take. Furnace and A/C install From consultation to install we were very happy with the service and products purchased from Priority. The wait time from ordering to install was quick. The installers were very friendly and efficient. There was no mess for me to clean up after. We would recommend Priority to all our friends! Thanks guys!!
Armstrong Air Jeremy and Kyle arrived at the scheduled time. They were polite and personable as well as excellent workers. Things that we weren't clear on were explained to us. One problem presented itself during the installation but very quickly they made a decision and the problem was resolved. A great job of cleaning up also. Water Heater Install I got a water heater install done through Priority Mechanical. It is a rental unit. They did an excellent job with the install and the two technicians (Tommy & Jeremy) were awesome about explaining things. They were very diligent with their work. I don't usually write online reviews, but I was so impressed by them.
installation of AC I had compared prices with other companies and they were the middle of the road but the customer service was what made me choose them. They put in a new air conditioning unit for me and I haven't had any problems since. Everything was good. The customer service rep called to make sure everything went smoothly and the installer was very good too.
New A/C and Furnace Install So our 20 year old Furnace crapped out so we decided to just get a new AC and Furnace. My family decided to go with Priority because all we ever heard was amazing things about these guys. So I gave Bill the sales rep a call and told him what we needed and next thing you know in just a day or two Bill is in my home doing measurements and giving me a free quote.
