James did a great job on diagnosing the old AC unit. Ultimately I elected to upgrading to a new unit due to the age of the old one and the price of R22. James went above and beyond to ensure the install was done correctly. There was no pressure, he just provided options and facts. I couldn't be happier.
Timely, very friendly and courteous. Engaged homeowner in all aspects of services provided. Showed homeowner how to adjust airflow for maximum efficiency. No one had done that before. Very cost effective plans for summer/winter maintenance. No hard sell however!! Gentleman was neat, so polite, knowledgeable, and I would have him back anytime. I was kept appraised of my appointment and arrival time of maintenance person. Excellent service and company.
