I had a new furnace installed today by Priority. They did an amazing job and I can’t recall a time I’ve been this impressed by a service provider! Thorough, professional, clean, etc. Levi and James did a great job installing the new furnace and explaining everything to me. Scott also came out the week prior and provided excellent service. He was able to repair the original furnace and safely keep it running until a new one could he installed. They did all of this so quickly during the coldest week of the year! My furnace and air exchanger were not working. He looked at furnace first and found out the problem quickly. Apparently the drain lines from furnace , air exchanger and humidifier were frozen . The line bringing in fresh air was blowing on top of drain lines and caused the drain line on cold floor to freeze. I was impressed with the young man in solving the issue quickly.

Mike was super knowledgeable and when he left my furnace was already functioning much better. He’s got a lot of experience and it shows.

The technicians were very friendly and efficient. They explained everything very well. They also took the time to clean everything up completely.
