Scott came out very late on a Monday night and quickly got our 40 year old HVAC system going again. However, we knew we were operating on borrowed time. Even though it was late, Scott spent quite a bit of time explaining what was going on with our current system and was very informative about our options for replacing it. Surprisingly, the new system was available the next day. Installation only took a day, so we were back to normal with minimal disruption which was much appreciated as we were in a heat wave. I had such a wonderful experience with priority heating and cooling! Lisa who I spoke to on the phone was so kind and incredibly helpful! Jack, James, and Scott were all so kind, professional, and efficient! They did such an amazing job and our AC has been working so well! I highly recommend and will be a returning customer!

I enjoy working with this company I have been dealing with them for over 20 years for my HVAC needs they are very thorough and reasonable the employees are knowledgeable and courteous I can’t recommend them enough.
