Priority Ford Norfolk, BUYER BEWARE, poor management, lack of transparency and integrity! DO NOT USE THEM. In FEB 24, I traded in and bought a 2014 Ford F150 listed by the dealer as a "certified Pre-Owned" on their website, when I arrived the truck was available, I did a test drive and found the breaks needed work (suspected warped rotors). Negotiated a deal and when I pressed them about the "certified" they said due to high mileage it would not be certified! Priority ford is terrible about buying your used car. It’s been almost 40 days since selling them a car I bought from them 4 years ago and my loan remains unpaid. I have almost **K in equity in the car and am due a paid off loan with a check. I even bought another new car from them and I’m getting the run around about my sale to them. ******offered me the same amount and would have had the transaction complete 7 days after it started but I wanted to remain loyal to this dealership. Easy and fast service I bought by last vehicle at Freedom Ford. It was a very easy and fast transaction. My car was on its last leg and just made it there. They gave me a pretty reasonable offer and a great price for the SUV. When I had a problem they were prompt in fixing and letting me know how to avoid it in the future. I would buy again from them. Great Family friendly dealership!! My husband had to get a work truck from them once and they were exceptionable with us. Sometimes you run across people that really don't want to deal with you if someone else is paying for things. (his company bought the truck, he just had to pick it up.) They were really nice and they also had a place to keep our kids playing while we did all the paper work. Parking was minimal, but great overall experience.

If I could leave less than one star, I would. This place is awful. I have been a customer begrudgingly since ***** and am glad to say I've had enough and am taking my business elsewhere. After bringing my vehicle in for routine maintenance and bringing up an equipment concern, I was told after 4 days of having my vehicle is was fixed. Not only was there zero communication, I was not even offered a courtesy vehicle. Further, once I picked up my car, the noise was still present. Terrible service and they are very rude. The salesman and the sales manager did not show any appreciation to the customer and only cared about the money. Also they are prone to lie about any and everything.

Terrible service. Terribly slow. Can't share my thoughts with leadership because they are apparently too busy to answer a phone or call back. Oil changes with an appointment still takes 3 hours. State inspections are not tracked and when my car was done 3 days before promised, no one called, texted, emailed, nothing. Don't ever go to priority. Don't ever buy a car there or get service.

Bought a vehicle there six months ago under warranty and now it's having problems can't get it help can't get a vehicle nothing was told when vehicle write down under warranty would get a vehicle to use and they're not doing anything about it

The skid plate that needs to be removed to do an oil change became worn and needed replacement. My ******** Lariet is still under warranty ******* miles) When I went to the dealer I was told it would be a week to have it installed. It literally takes 4 bolts and can be done in 10 minutes. I asked if they would give me the skid plate at no cost and I would install it myself. I was told no by ******, the service writer. Our shop foreman helping with this issue. The customer first went to our quick lane(light services only like oil changes and tire rotations with the part in hand and wanted us to give him a new one. We explained to Mr. **** he needed to visit our main shop which is location 100ft away. ****** the service writer was trying to help the customer and explained to him that we needed the vehicle here to verify everything.
