I usually have good experiences here but not tonight. The receptionist did not know what she was doing and was rude and told me you billed your insurance for your physical and not your employer yes employers don't pay for you to get a physical or TB that is what insurance is for. The nurse was also rude about me just getting a one step TB. The doctor was friendly. They charged me for an office visit when all I needed was the shot did not need to see a doctor when all she did was check my breathing. I was not happy.
Went in with alot of pain and swelling gave me a Amoxicillin and sent on my way said they don't give any pain relief medications.... I guess every one can thank the pill junkies running around Springfield for ruining it for the people that really need some thing for pain.
