Took to long for express care like it post to be; nurses nice, doctor a little abrupt and gruffly and looked foreign! Nurses gave little to no care even after reminding them what the doctor told me, they still had to go out and confer with him. Tetanus shot they gave in my arm (main nurse) still hurts and still has a scab trying to heal from where she put the needle in! Got us in when regular doctor couldn’t even though we weren’t a regular patient. All of the staff were very friendly. Appreciate that they got us taken care of.
Was in a lot of pain upon arrival. Waited over 90 minutes and still no doctor. Left and went to Koke Mill express care where I was treated so good. After telling my daughter I had gone to ur location she said I never should have gone there in the beginning. My sister said same thing. I’m inclined to agree
My family has seen doctors at this facility since they opened. I will not go back to this facility again. The receptionist was rude and had an attitude. Would not stop and listen. Refused to provide me with a manager to speak with. Refused to provide me with paper to write down information. Very unprofessional!
