I really used to love this place. Now i can't stand it. Every time I have to take my child to the er or urgent care I get a letter two weeks later, saying how i should have called you and made an appt first. Um no. 1) if it's after hours on a Saturday night, you guys were not even open in the first place, and my daughter's head was bleeding. 2) if she is having a breathing issue, I'm taking her to the nearest er. I'm so disappointed to see that this office has become more about making money, rather then actually caring.
