They require a scan of your DL. What kind of security do they use? How are their employee’s and contractors vetted? I have never ever been required to have a scan of my DL. They do, however, have to verify it is you IF you are using insurance. Which I was not. Go somewhere where they think your personal information is important. I guess they never heard of Identity Theft.
I highly recommend NOT going here. They don’t properly code visits so insurance doesn’t cover anything and then they automatically charge your credit card. ALSO they could even diagnose me. Total waste of time and money. Go anywhere else.
Their billing practices are not good. There was no discussion of billing or pricing. My husband went there with an infection and swelling on his arm. They required a credit card or health card to be treated and said no charges would be applied. He gave them his health savings card. Never heard another word until a month later when my husband received an email from his insurance notifying him that the clinic took it from the card, $125.
