Worst Ambulance Service I have ever had the displeasure of coming to my home. My wife is in stage 4 cancer, a Priority Ambulance came & a shaved head, tattooed arm EMT was absolutely disgusting in his behavior, nasty, superseding Drs recommendations trying to give my wife a medication that he deemed better than what the MEDICAL PROFESSIONALS prescribed, he scared my wife as she was not capable of relating what she was feeling, when I tried to explain, this thug EMT actually turned around to confront me physically! The team that took me from the ER in Lenoir City to Parkwest were exceptional men. They were personable, caring, professional and extremely helpful. They took care of my husband by giving him directions on where the hospital was (he didn't have a clue) and even where to park once he got to the hospital. Kudos to D.Moore and his partner.
Was transported from Park West Hosp. to NHC Farragut on 01/12/2022. No medical assistant except wheelchair from room to ambulance. Went on above trip ...est. distance 8 miles. Charged 2,559.36. Ask for an itemized statement which I haven't received. Was billed 3 times, for 230.34. I made a full payment for this amt. on 5/31/22 , check #1486, cleared bank on 6/07/22.
