Our dog was living with cancer, and late one night she had an issue which made it clear that it was time for her to be put to sleep. I really didn't want to go to the 24/7 emergency clinic, but also didn't want to wait until morning; this was after 10pm and my regular vet was closed. Google found Prior Lake Pet Hospital, and their urgent care was open until 11. I gave them a call, and they told us to come on in, and told me what the process would involve. My 11 year old daughter was very sad her dalmatian friend had to spend the night to be spayed - Lisa was SO sweet and texted a photo of our pup to help calm down the worries! Good vets take care of your pets, great vets go the extra step and send pictures to little girls who are worried about their best four-legged friends! THANK YOU PRIOR LAKE PET HOSPITAL! You made a little girls day so much brighter!
Doctor Albright was so caring and compassionate about mowgli. He calmed our nerves and made positive suggestions on keeping mowgli moving and comfortable. Front desk people were so great to. Thanks all.
