Our Dog Remmy has been patient with Prior Lake Pet Hospital for five years. We called today to see if we could get her in either today or Saturday because she was coughing. We were told they had nothing available today or Saturday. They told us that we would need to bring here to the pet ER. This is the fourth time on four different occasions we have tried to get our dog in when she was ill. All four times we received no compassion and no solution to get her seen. We’ve been a patient for our dog for almost 6 years. We’ve been dealing with the same health issues during that time with cyclical allergies, ear infections and yeast infections on ears and paws due to allergies. We always dr with the clinic and have a track record of the ongoing issues and yet every time they require unnecessary tests that cost a small fortune. ill start by saying i do not blame the clinic itself for the loss of my pet, but i just feel defeated. I feel like i did everything i could on my end, but do not feel they did the same. I spent 2000$ to lose my best friend. There was no payment plan through them, we had to pay 1000$ the day of both times just for them to be able to take him. My Rottweiler needed an emergency c-section after issues giving birth. Having never been to PLPH before I was nervous especially since we couldn’t be with our girl due to covid. I am very happy we chose you to care for my girl and her pup you were all amazing!

Everyone from Prior Lake Pet Hospital are kind and helpful. They treat my fur babies as if they were part of the family. We brought our basset hound, Truman here and when it was time for him to go, they came to our house and gave him peace with dignity. Everyone is professional and caring. We now have Finn, a Scottish Terrier who is not as docile as Truman was, but still treated with care! Thank You to a wonderful asset to our community!
