RecommendedOur puppy hadn't eaten or drank anything for 2 days. It was a Friday and our usual vet clinic said, "Sorry, we have no openings for 2 weeks"! We tried a couple of pet hospitals/urgent cares and they had "maxed out on patients for that day". We were frantic & hardly slept that night. The next morning, somebody suggested Prior Lake Pet Hospital Urgent Care and we got him right in. The veterinarian was SO nice and caring, I will NEVER use another vet clinic/hospital again! This place is A+, top notch!
Very impressed with the entire staff and their care and handling of our Yorkie. The vet explained in detail what we were dealing with. This is a reoccurring illness but was never explained to me like this before at our usual vet. Going to transfer Toby to this clinic.
Great staff and great place. Always friendly and you can tell they really love animals
They took such great care of our cat for 15 years. She was never pleasant for them and always required extra meds and more work on her visits. They took it in stride and with a sense of humor. The day we had to let her go, they were compassionate, caring, thoughtful and let us take all the time we needed to say good-bye. We appreciate them so much!
I cannot say enough wonderful things about PLPH and their staff. We had to make the most difficult decision to lay our pup, Maddy to rest. Unfortunately, it ended up being an urgent decision so we had to use the urgent care services. Everyone was so caring and compassionate during this heartbreaking time for us. Dr. Tubman took excellent care of Maddy, doing everything she possibly could to help her. This is by FAR the best small animal vet clinic in the area! They are all so knowledgeable and patient. They really care about your pet. We are incredibly thankful to have found them. ❤️
