I had to submit my fingerprint card from out of state since I am a remote worker and hadn’t heard an update from them in a week so I called and the lady I spoke to was extremely rude and told me “the process is too long to explain it to you”. I was courteous through the whole phone call until that moment because I believe it is their JOB to explain the process to me but she refused to answer any questions I had and then refused to help me from that point.
