Fingerprints done, and I was helped by Warnell. She did an amazing job and was very friendly! Experience took less than 10 minutes. 10/10 Highly recommend.

Totally incompetent. They don't know how to set up nonprofessional guardian fingerprinting and have wasted so much of everyone's time. This place uses Identogo - don't waste your time and go with Certifix
Lost my fingerprint card, insulted me, and hung up. They told me they keep no records of any kind of what they recieve, process, and send. Rude, incompetent, and nasty. Do not use.
