I loved The Printer Guy. But now he's closed. If anyone has contact info, that would be great.

Just had my HP laser printer fixed by The Printer Guy in Colorado Springs. Was thinking of just buying a new one, but saved $ hundreds by having The Printer Guy take a look. Friendly, timely and reasonable.
Called about my Epson R2880 with print head problem, Paula said yes we can fix it. Brought it in, now over one month later I was lucky they were in office so I can get my printer back. Many calls and visits later my printer is in the same shape it was in before. They used up all my extra set of ink, nine in all with an extra cyan, all I got was bull and excuses. I live in Pueblo and should have tried a business here, the only good thing is she did not charge me, The worst business ever.
Doing business with the printer Guy is awesome. Their service is excellent and their prices are reasonable. Stephen
