I don't know what this place actually is. There are no products on shelves. It doesn't look like a store, it looks like a tiny warehouse crammed with cardboard boxes of mystery content. I said I needed a new ink cartridge and the guy simply said "no." No elaboration or explanation, just an additional "no, sorry." Very weird.
Now that refills are stopped (Thanks to HP) at Costco. This place has ink for half the price. Great stuff.
The owner showed up an hour early to accommodate me. Very helpful and great price! Highly recommend for printer ink cartridges at an affordable cost! Thank you, James!
