Horrible customer service on Etsy - could never get an actual answer to my questions, most likely an AI bot. Gave them the benefit of the doubt and ordered on their website. Now for the product: the printer quality is extremely inconsistent - one of my designs printed incorrectly, and the color of the other design does not match what I ordered. The cup itself is pretty decent, though. You get what you pay for with this one for sure!
The Gamez brothers crushed it for my event needs, and came through on short notice too. Excellent work and service, highly recommend!
Excellent service from beginning to end. Had my order on time for my daughter’s bday. Definitely will order again.
I’ve purchased cups and napkins many times, and they’ve been great every single time. I’ll definitely keep using them and recommending them to others. 10/10
Can’t say enough about Isaiah. Cups were perfect, the price was great even with rush shipping and his customer service is impeccable. He was prompt and courteous. Hoping that we can do business with him again very soon.
