Theyve got several houses listed, but how in the world they rent them is beyond me because they never answer their phone never and I mean never I’ve emailed him. I’ve called them. I’ve left messages. I’ve texted and you simply cannot get a hold of these people or even get a callback. You can fill out request online through Zillow and all kinds of other sites they don’t care they don’t answer. Complete scam artists. We went to sign the lease for an apartment and they said the first and last month rent was due at lease signing. So we bought are cashiers check covering for the first and last month rent. When we got there we learned the lease was only for 3 months despite the fact they never mentioned it before hand. “Jason” then proceeded to say “it’s like a hotel lease”.
