The service of the tech, Norma was outstanding. The room was horrible. It's like you step into 1950s or before. They have only updated the bed headboard and sidetable. The table, loveseat, curtains and the bathroom is so outdated. The showerheads are rusted as hell and the shower water handle has physical thermostat on it WITH NUMBERS that goes back before I was born. This hospital needs HELP! My primary recommended the pulmonary doctor there because they are both under Baptist Health now....NEVER AGAIN!

Answering service lady was not very helpful and fixing our issue no one was there to take care of the patient two hour delay from scheduled time.
