get it in writing! – We just got evicted after our "last month rent" deposit was'nt actually applied to the last month's rent. So get everything from this company in writing... have your own copies. The manager knew we were moving and had already acquired an apartment and couldn't afford the rent anymore... yet she will throw us in the street 2 weeks before our apartment is ready and mar our reputation with an eviction. NO PROBLEMS – The apartment that I live in is managed by Princeton and everything goes great. No major problems with the unit, and the move-in process was as easy as could be. I am, and I'm sure I will continue to be, a happy renter.
BAD COMPANY ALL AROUND – THE WORST PLACE I EVER RENTED FROM !! AND CLATSOP COUNTY COURTHOUSE GOT PAID OFF TO DENY MY SMALL CLAIM IN COURT !! EVEN AFTER THE ALLEGED HOSTAGE LIED AS WELL AS THE OFFICER RICHARD KRAYNAK LIED !! WHEN I SHOWED PROOF ON ALL ACCOUNTS THAT I WAS TELLING THE TRUTH -- I STILL WAS DENIED JUSTICE FROM CLATSOP COUNTY AND FROM THE STATE OF OREGON AS WELL !! Defenitly do not rent from them. – I aboslutly will nvr rent from this company ever again. I have noise complants, beause of the stupidest reasons. Like for example running to the bathroo. beause of moring sickness caused by my pregnancy. Having my tv on level 8, (btw theres no bass or surround sound just standerd) at 9pm, also my tv goes up to 48. So it wasnt loud. If you need any proof that this company if horrible, – just look them up online. They have a history of treating people horribly, not caring about their apartment managers (no matter how bad they are), they don't listen to complaints. They even got sued by one the family of an autistic kid because they kicked them out of their apartment. The btr business bur (I had to change the spelling to get around the "inappropriate words" detector) had them on their list of bad businesses. I would never rent from them again.
