I previously owned a condo in a PPM managed location, absolutely worst experience ever. I couldn't even keep tenants when I moved and tried to rent it....the management and other residents harassed my tenants to the point they left. I am a manager in Salem for Princeton, and I can tell you that the resident who felt it was wrong to get evicted for non-payment should read the documents he was given at move in. A deposit is required to secure an apartment, and last month's rent cannot be taken out of a deposit. When a resident moves out and there is money owed then it is taken out of the deposit, but residents are on a contract. Great Apartment – Everything about our apartment and the managers is fabulous. They are really good about enforcing the rules with people that don't follow them. The apartment is really beautiful too and we love that we can have our dogs here!

Great Apartment – Kalevala Village is a great place to live for apartment living. The management is very friendly and take care of things the way things should be handled. They deal with tenants in a way to keep the community quiet and pleasant for everyone who lives here. I am very happy to be a part of this community.

Great Apartment – My apartment at the FootHills has been wonderful. The grounds are kept really well and I really don't have any major complaints. The management is also very nice; they are always professional and responsive.
